Agreement

These Terms of Use (the “EULA”) govern access to Tempus Fugit — the website at www.tempusfugit.pro and the Tempus Fugit iOS app — operated for the platform by IT1999 Ltd. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tempus Fugit.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Tempus Fugit has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, send, or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise objectionable. You must not threaten, stalk, impersonate, or abuse other users. Violations may result in immediate suspension or removal from the network without notice.

User-generated content

Inventory listings (text and photos) and 1:1 deal chat messages are user-generated. You are responsible for content you submit. We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach these terms.

Reporting and blocking

Users can flag / report objectionable listings or messages, and block abusive users. Blocking removes that user’s content from your catalogue, watchlist, and chats immediately and notifies the Tempus Fugit team so we can review. Contact: hello@tempusfugit.pro.

Business use only

Access is invite-only for authorised business users. Public/generic email domains are not permitted. The service is not a consumer marketplace and is not directed at children.
