Who we are
Tempus Fugit (“we”, “us”) is a private B2B inventory network for luxury suppliers (watches, bags, jewellery and related goods). The service is operated for the Tempus Fugit platform by IT1999 Ltd (itworksmart). Contact: hello@tempusfugit.pro.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to invited business users of the Tempus Fugit website (www.tempusfugit.pro) and the Tempus Fugit iOS app. The product is not offered to the general public and is not directed at children.
Data we collect
- Account: name, work email, organisation (tenant), role, preferred display currency.
- Inventory: listing content you or your organisation upload (titles, brands, categories, prices, photos, optional SKU / description, visibility status).
- Messaging: 1:1 deal chat messages and allowed attachments related to a listing.
- Usage: watchlist selections, sign-in events, basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Device (iOS): push notification device tokens when you allow notifications; optional device identifiers used only to deliver those notifications.
How we use data
- Authenticate you (magic link and optional password) and keep you signed in.
- Show cross-organisation catalogue, watchlists, and deal chat as designed for the network.
- Send transactional email (invites, magic links) and optional push alerts for new chat messages.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the platform; comply with law.
- Platform operators may view hidden listings and chats for moderation with audit logging.
Legal bases (where GDPR / similar laws apply)
We process personal data to perform the contract to provide the service, for legitimate interests in running a secure B2B network, and where required by law. Business customers remain responsible for their own staff accounts and listing content.
Sharing
Inventory you publish is visible to other authorised supplier organisations on the network by design. We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure processors (notably Microsoft Azure in East Asia for hosting, storage, and email) under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.
International transfers
Primary hosting is in Azure East Asia (Hong Kong). If you access the service from elsewhere, your data is processed in that region and may transit other networks as needed to deliver the app and website.
Retention
Account and inventory data are kept while your organisation remains on the platform and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete or correct account data; some records may be retained where we must.
Security
We use industry-standard controls appropriate to a B2B service (TLS in transit, access controls, private database networking where configured). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact hello@tempusfugit.pro to exercise these rights.
Push notifications
On iOS you can disable notifications in system Settings. We use device tokens solely to deliver product notifications you have opted into.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
